For the most part, all patients are seen in the offices on an appointment basis, which can be scheduled by calling 407-365-9999 or via the website.

AFTER HOURS
If an urgent problem arises, please call the office at 407-365-9999 and listen to the recording with instructions on how to contact the physician or staff. Please reserve all after hours phone calls for situations that truly cannot wait until the office reopens. Prescription refill either by phone calls or via website will only be taken during office hours. As always, in the event of an emergency proceed immediately to the hospital emergency room closest to you.
TELEPHONE CALLS
For established patients, if a problem occurs between scheduled visits, please call the office. Although the problem may require an appointment, it is possible that a simple discussion with one of the staff - after verifying with Dr. Cintron - might answer your question. If the nurses are unable to satisfactorily respond to your concern or problem, they will take the message and direct it to the medical staff.
REFERRALS
Most managed care plans now require prior authorization before you can see a specialist. This usually can take up to 3 to 5 days before we receive the plans' authorization after we make the request. Please allow for that span of time before you call us regarding the status on referrals. We will not be responsible for an office visit that has not been previously authorized by the plan.
